1. Why is Zenphi adding support for Microsoft accounts?
While Zenphi is built for Google Workspace, we’ve heard from many of you that you often work with people outside your organization who may not use Google. Additionally, some larger organizations use Google Workspace alongside Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory). This update provides more flexibility and options to securely collaborate and use Zenphi with those who rely on Microsoft accounts.
2. Does this mean Zenphi is moving away from Google Workspace?
Absolutely not. Zenphi remains deeply committed to the Google ecosystem. This update simply expands your options for working with external collaborators and organizations that may not use Google Workspace.
3. How does this impact my existing workflows?
There’s no change to your existing workflows. This update adds a layer of flexibility for signing in and collaborating with users who use Microsoft accounts, but it does not alter how Zenphi works with Google Workspace.
4. Can I still exclusively use my Google Workspace account to access Zenphi?
Yes, of course! You can continue to use your Google Workspace account without any changes or disruptions.
5. Will anything change for existing Zenphi users when signing in?
No major changes! The only difference you’ll notice is a new sign-in page. When you log in, you’ll now be asked to choose whether you’d like to continue with Google or Microsoft. Simply select “Continue with Google” if you’ve been using your Google Workspace account, and you’ll be signed in as usual.
6. Is there any additional cost for enabling Microsoft account support?
No, there’s no additional cost. This is an enhancement to give you more flexibility without changing your subscription.
7. Can I invite Microsoft users to my Zenphi workspace if I use a Google account?
Yes, you can! Zenphi allows you to collaborate seamlessly with users who sign in with either Google or Microsoft accounts.
8. Can the same email address be used to create separate accounts with both Google and Microsoft?
No, a single email address cannot be associated with multiple accounts. Each email address can only be linked to one Zenphi account, regardless of whether it is signed in with Google or Microsoft.
9. Can I directly sign in with Google or Microsoft without seeing the selection page?
Yes, you can! Here are the direct links:

These links allow you to bypass the selection page and go straight to your preferred sign-in method.
