1. What is Zenphi Flow?

A Zenphi Flow is a visual representation of a business process that you automate using Zenphi. It consists of a series of actions and conditions that define the steps of the workflow. 2. What is a Flow Run?

A Flow Run refers to the execution of a Zenphi Flow. Each time a flow is triggered, a new flow run is initiated, executing the defined actions and conditions in the flow.

3. What are Triggers and Actions?

In Zenphi, Trigger is the event that starts your Flow. Triggers can be static, dynamic, time-based, action-based, manual or automatic. Learn more about the triggers from this short guide.

4. Can I integrate Zenphi with tools outside of Google Workspace?

Yes, while Zenphi offers deep integration with Google Workspace apps, it also supports integration with a wide range of applications outside of Google Workspace. You can connect Zenphi with popular tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 365, and many others. 5. What is Zenphi Workspace?

A Zenphi Workspace is a dedicated environment and the top physical boundary within Zenphi where you can manage and organize your automated workflows, tables, integrations, dashboards, and other resources. Each workspace allows you to collaborate with team members, set permissions, and monitor your workflows in one central location. A workspace is created within a Zenphi zone. Questions about support for Microsoft accounts

1. Why is Zenphi adding support for Microsoft accounts?

While Zenphi is built for Google Workspace, we’ve heard from many of you that you often work with people outside your organization who may not use Google. Additionally, some larger organizations use Google Workspace alongside Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory). This update provides more flexibility and options to securely collaborate and use Zenphi with those who rely on Microsoft accounts.

2. Does this mean Zenphi is moving away from Google Workspace?

Absolutely not. Zenphi remains deeply committed to the Google ecosystem. This update simply expands your options for working with external collaborators and organizations that may not use Google Workspace.

3. How does this impact my existing workflows?

There’s no change to your existing workflows. This update adds a layer of flexibility for signing in and collaborating with users who use Microsoft accounts, but it does not alter how Zenphi works with Google Workspace.

4. Can I still exclusively use my Google Workspace account to access Zenphi?

Yes, of course! You can continue to use your Google Workspace account without any changes or disruptions.

5. Will anything change for existing Zenphi users when signing in?

No major changes! The only difference you’ll notice is a new sign-in page. When you log in, you’ll now be asked to choose whether you’d like to continue with Google or Microsoft. Simply select “Continue with Google” if you’ve been using your Google Workspace account, and you’ll be signed in as usual.


6. Is there any additional cost for enabling Microsoft account support?

No, there’s no additional cost. This is an enhancement to give you more flexibility without changing your subscription.


7. Can I invite Microsoft users to my Zenphi workspace if I use a Google account?

Yes, you can! Zenphi allows you to collaborate seamlessly with users who sign in with either Google or Microsoft accounts.

8. Can the same email address be used to create separate accounts with both Google and Microsoft?

No, a single email address cannot be associated with multiple accounts. Each email address can only be linked to one Zenphi account, regardless of whether it is signed in with Google or Microsoft.


9. Can I directly sign in with Google or Microsoft without seeing the selection page?

10. Is this new feature secure?

Yes, security remains our top priority. Microsoft account sign-in is implemented using industry-standard protocols and adheres to the same rigorous security standards that Zenphi applies across all access methods.

11. When will this feature be enabled?
